For example, we’ve invested in cutting-edge technology like APP-High Pressure Processing, enabling cold temperature pasteurization. This advancement extends product shelf life without the need for chemical additives, ensuring food safety while preserving taste and freshness.
Across all our production facilities, including the slaughterhouse, cutting room, meat processing plant, cooked processing plant, serrano ham specialized plants, slicing room, and prepared foods division, we’ve equipped them with the most advanced production lines. This enables us to tailor our offerings to meet consumer demands.
With these advancements, we’re capable of processing up to 2,500 kg of products per hour, demonstrating our commitment to efficiency and meeting market needs.”
